…it changes everything. CREAHAUS: it’s not just that the Olmedo family has been at the head of the company for nearly 35 years now, but rather that the entire workforce is one big family.
When we start a new project, we always work with this spirit in mind. Our vision is long term, and a project doesn’t stop when we hand over the keys. Indeed, it’s just one of many stages, because this is when our customers’ dream becomes a reality. Everyone builds with the same products, but our attention to detail and our experience make all the difference. Our Vision
- 1990 Creation of the CREAHAUS Group by Gilbert Thibo and Bernard Olmedo.
- 1992 Construction of the first housing estate in Eischen begins.
- 1994 End of construction of the first house.
- 1995 Start of construction of the first residences.
- 2007 Laurent Olmedo and Richard Thibo join the CREAHAUS Group.
- 2012 Relocation from Bertrange to Strassen (current offices).
- 2019 Takeover of the CREAHAUS Group by the Olmedo family (Bernard and Laurent Olmedo)
- 2020 The first large-scale project is the "Renaissance" residential complex.
- 2023 The major property crisis we have emerged from.

They are joined by four other management members:
Adeline Pazzaglia, employed since 1996 and Administrative/Human Resources Director since 2018,
Jessica Luzio, employed since 1999 and Administrative Director since 2021,
Luc Risch, exclusive sales representative since 2004 and Sales Director since 2018,
Finally, Jean-Paul Erpelding, employed since 2016 and Technical Director since 2024.
OUR COMMITMENT
CREAHAUS is active in a number of charitable causes
Notably through the organization of the “Charity Golf” event, which has been held annually since 2008. This event was created and implemented by CREAHAUS in collaboration with real estate development partners. The purpose of this event is to raise funds for numerous associations, including Handicap International, Friendship Lëtzebuerg, Lions Club Roude Léiw, ALAN Maladies Rares, Philippines – Luxembourg Society, Omega 90, Soroptimists Luxembourg, Un Sourire pour l’Équateur, St. Elisabeth am Park, ONG Luxembourg-Peru, and Protransplant.
We have also organized a “Charity Foot” tournament, a championship involving all our subcontractors, each supporting an association of their choice. The teams that reach the finals are those that raise the most funds for their respective associations.
When we are not organizing events ourselves, we participate in existing ones, such as Immorun, Relay for Life, and others.
