CREAHAUS is hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’.
This document is intended to comply with the EU 2016/680 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), according to the law of 1 August 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data in criminal and national security-related matters.

Personal data collected:
When using the Website, the user is asked to complete six types of forms:
- Real Estate Advertisement Contact Form, present on the Advertisement Detail Sheet
- Real Estate Advertisement Contact Form
- Application Submission Form
If the user request contact for a real estate advertisement, the Website collects the name, first name, email address, telephone number, and free message typed by the user. The Website also collects the IT reference of the real estate advertisement.
This data is transmitted to the Company by secure IT means, so that it can be used to recontact the user, provide more details about the real estate advertisement, and possibly propose a visit to the real estate advertisement.
This data is stored in the company’s e-mail software and computer software database, published and hosted by the sub-contractor cited above. These two subcontractors are listed under Sub-Contractors. Data is hosted in Luxemburg.
The Company reserves the right to send real estate advertisement offers similar to the ones for which the User has requested contact. However, the user has the rights to amend and delete these mailings.
To assert its rights to modify and delete these mailings, the user must send an email to the Company.
- General Contact Form:
In the event of a general contact request by the user, the Website collects the name, first name, email address, telephone number, and free message entered by the user.
This data is transmitted to the Company by secure IT means, so that it can contact the user again. This data is stored in the Company’s e-mail software.
- Application submission form
If an application (unsolicited application or direct response to a job posting) is submitted, the Website collects the name, first name, email address, telephone number, C.V., where applicable, the cover letter and the free message entered by the user.
- Right to be forgotten:
The user, who has completed one of the two contact forms, has a right to be forgotten, to request not to be sent real estate advertisement offers for his/her searches. To do so, he must email the Company.
- Right to erasure:
The user, who has completed one of the two contact forms, has a right to erasure, to request the pure and simple deletion of his/her personal data. Unless there is an ongoing contract between the user and the Company (lease agreement, sales mandate, rental mandate, management mandate, co-ownership management, purchase offer, booking agreement, trade-offs) or an invoice that has been issued by Company to user, following a service between the two parties, the Company will delete the user’s personal data as soon as possible, after sending this request via e-mail or from the General Website Contact form.
- Data Portability:
In accordance with EU European Regulation 2016/680, the Website user who has provided personal data through the use of any of the contact forms is entitled to request the Company for the portability of his/her personal data.
This request should be made by email or by completing the General Contact Form, found on the Contact page of the Website.
- Storage of Personal Data:
The Company is the Personal Data Controller. Personal data collected through the use of contact forms is stored by subcontractors listed under Sub-contractors. This data is stored in the European territory and is destroyed upon their legal maturity.
